Currency & Payment Methods
All prices on this website are published in $CDN. PayPal is used for checkout and payment processing; you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from this website. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit, in 17 international currencies. Payments are securely and safely processed using the highest level of encryption available. Your credit card statement shows the transaction as BCPIX or BARBARACAMERONPIX. Countries Served, Shipping & Tax
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are added to your order during checkout. Regular ground shipping is used as a default. Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping within North America, longer for international orders. Faster delivery times are available for additional cost, to be quoted on request. Please indicate your quick shipping requirements during checkout.

Canadian orders are subject to a 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST registration number 872203 955 RT0001).

Returns & Refunds
If your order is damaged when you receive it, please return it unopened, in its original package, COD. We will replace the order at no cost to you.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason other than damage, we offer a 30-day no-questions asked refund policy. After you return the order, at your cost for return shipping, we will process your refund.

Please contact us prior to any return so we may discuss options and solutions. Your satisfaction is very important, and we will do whatever we can to earn it.

Out-of-stock
There is a chance that some items in an order may be out-of-stock. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options and solutions.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the cancellation request is placed within 24 hours of the original order submission. Please quote the order number when placing your cancellation request. Please contact us by email to initiate a cancellation request.
